I've created this website to help answer any questions you may have about me and why I've decided to put my name forward as the Conservative Nominee for Elgin--St. Thomas--London South. In short, Elgin County is home to me —where I grew up, where my parents still live, and where I will raise my children.
I’ve already served my country for 22 years in uniform. I have completed two tours in Afghanistan, two tours with the Canadian Special Operations Command, and was the Commanding Officer of a unit. I saw firsthand the importance of key Canadian values and what happens if these values are not protected. I had planned a quiet retirement; however, I see a need for strong representation by an experienced professional deeply invested in the success of the riding. Now - more than ever - we need to protect Canadians’ rights and freedoms while staying out of areas best left to individuals & families.
Values and priorities start at home. My wife and I are raising our three sons with the same values we were taught: the importance of family, faith, and personal responsibility. We are committed to preserving these principles in our everyday lives and recognize the importance of faith and family for others. We believe in working to make Canada a great place to grow up.
As a community, we have unique needs and deserve to have our voices heard. Whoever represents our community must demonstrate strong integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the riding.
I've served my country before, and now it's time to serve the community.
