As a proud lifelong resident of Elgin, Anthony is running to be the Federal Conservative candidate for Elgin-St. Thomas-London South. His campaign is built on a foundation of integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to the community and the nation.
With a distinguished 22-year career in the Canadian Armed Forces, Anthony has exemplified leadership, dedication, and a strong commitment to Canada. His career highlights include significant roles such as the Deputy J6 - Signals Officer at Canadian Special Operations Command and Commanding Officer at 4 CDSG Signals Squadron. Each position underscored his capability to manage complex projects, lead diverse teams, and navigate high-stakes environments efficiently. Upon retirement, he chose to return to Elgin County to raise his young family.

Key Career Highlights:

Securing our Resources: Since June 2022, Anthony has led a team responsible for overseeing cyber security operations with a budget of $7 billion, impacting over 25 separate projects at Natural Resources Canada.

Canadian Special Operations Command: From July 2021 to July 2022, Anthony played a pivotal role in managing IT and communications infrastructure, crucial for national and international missions, including the withdrawal from Afghanistan and support operations in Ukraine.

Commanding Officer, 4 CDSG Signals Squadron: Managed a diverse unit of 96 personnel (military and civilian), overseeing IT support across military units in Ontario, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic planning during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure uninterrupted military communications.

National Security Agency Integree (USA): Represented Canada within the National Cryptographic Management Solutions Office at the NSA, addressing global high-performance and quantum computing threats, and enhancing Five Eyes intelligence collaborations.

Cyber Project Director, National Defence Headquarters: Initiated and led the Cyber Security Awareness Project, a $550M initiative that integrated into Canada’s defensive cyber operations plan.

Family and Faith: Anthony and his wife are raising their children in the Christian faith, emphasizing the importance of family, faith, and community responsibility. They have kept their roots despite many military moves, including travelling home to have their children baptized locally.

Service and Commitment: Having served abroad in multiple tours, including in Afghanistan, Anthony brings a deep understanding of the challenges and sacrifices involved. With a Bachelor's Degree (Electrical Engineering) from the Royal Military College and currently finalizing his Master of Arts in WW2 history from the American Military University, Anthony understands the complexities of nation and service from a practical and academic perspective.
